What is not resolved
No carriage agreement
The cable endpoint is a prospect. No operator has been offered terms and none has agreed.
Redundancy not built
A second contribution path and diverse encode chain are required before any operator would accept the feed.
Programme-guide vendor not selected
Operators ingest guide data through a listings vendor. No vendor relationship exists.
Affiliate reporting at scale
Monthly local-insertion reporting exists in the affiliate portal but has never been run against a live operator.
