Rates are published. Inventory is finite and stated per month. Every placement is checked against the category, platform, daypart, and territory rules below before it can run — the check refuses the placement rather than trusting a trafficker to remember the rule.

What advertising does not buy

Chart position and editorial coverage cannot be purchased at any price. Paid promotion is labelled as promotion everywhere it appears, and no commercial role holds an editorial permission.

Revenue

Six streams, one firewall

Over-the-air advertising

Planned

Spot inventory in the linear TV service, carried on a licensed partner station's signal. Addressable insertion is available where the receiver has an IP return path and the household has consented.

Firewall — Spots sit around programming, never inside an editorial decision. No advertiser sees the submission queue and none influences the Index.

FAST and programmatic

Planned

The same linear service distributed to free ad-supported streaming platforms, with server-side insertion and programmatic demand alongside direct sales.

Firewall — Programmatic demand is category-filtered before it can serve; the restricted-category rules apply identically to a bid and to a direct buy.

Audio monetisation

Planned

RAP TRENDS RADIO as an audio subchannel on the multiplex, plus the internet stream, the affiliate feed and podcast distribution.

Firewall — A sponsored hour is labelled as sponsored on air and in the EPG. Music performance rights are owed on this service regardless of how it is transmitted.

Costs 1.5 Mbps of multiplex capacity — bandwidth taken from the video services.

Spectrum and datacasting

Planned

Leasing part of the data layer on the multiplex to a third party for one-to-many file delivery. A datacasting customer buys bandwidth, and that bandwidth comes off the video services.

Firewall — A datacasting customer buys transport only. It buys no programming, no editorial placement and no chart position.

Costs 1 Mbps of multiplex capacity — bandwidth taken from the video services.

Live event integration

Planned

The event-scoped LIVE service lit for a broadcast night, a festival or a tentpole, sold as an integrated package across broadcast, stream and on-site.

Firewall — An event sponsor is credited as a sponsor. Booking an event buys no coverage of the artists who appear at it.

Costs 7 Mbps of multiplex capacity — bandwidth taken from the video services.

Brand sponsorship

Planned

Franchise-level presenting sponsorships and co-produced branded segments, priced off the published rate card.

Firewall — A sponsored programming block is labelled as sponsored wherever it renders — grid, EPG, on air and on the page. Sponsorship buys the surround, never the selection.

Nobody buys chart position. Not on any of these six streams, not at any price, and not through any intermediary.
